Some will be saved to a better circumstance or glory than others. Some of us are saved already, to witness what God is doing, so that when the end comes there will be many witnesses to the entire chain of events. I was not saved by doing the right things or believing the right dogma. I was saved because the Spirit unstopped my ears and opened my eyes. Salvation is about what God is doing, not what men or the Church is doing.
