Addendum
--------

In the Hebrew Old Testament the word, "sheol" is not used with the
definite article. This grammar tells us these things:

1. It is a proper place name under an authority.
2. It cannot be translated to, "the grave."

Heaven, the abode of God, and Paradise, are not used with the article.
They are proper place names under an authority. Sheol, another place or
abode, is used without the definite article.
