You are taking the scripture out of context and applying it to yourself. We are not shown to REASON on the Scripture. What the scripture says is that PAUL, "reasoned with them from the scriptures." There is nothing in this passage commissioning you personally with any authority to reason from the scriptures. Again the passage you quoted says that Paul reasoned with them on the scripture. It does not say, "The Watchtower Society shall reason on the scriptures." It does not say, "James shall reason on the scriptures." It says that Paul, an Apostle, a man who knows God, had a custom of reasoning with people on the scripture. Just because Paul did this it does not automatically follow that you can do it. Yet you are claiming Paul's calling as your own. Paul is now a King in Heaven, with the other Apostles all as Kings. Jesus is the King of Kings and they are his brother kings. This calling was not granted to you. You are standing in the temple of God declaring yourself a King, fit to instruct men in their belief and behavior. I would not want to be in your shoes. Paul is an Apostle of Jesus, and met Jesus personally, and had visions and visitations from Heaven to teach him what the scriptures mean. Paul studied the scripture in the original languages with much better manuscripts. And Paul wrote many of the scriptures we have today. Paul lived in that culture and time and place. Thus Paul had authority, as an Apostle, to reason with people on the scriptures. You do not have this authority and it shows. Your abominable butchering of the Greek language to uphold your doctrine on 'xylon' and 'stauros' is stark evidence that you are groping blindly. You are claiming Paul's calling for yourself. You make a repeated mockery of scripture with your reasonings on them.
