That would make you greater than Paul the Apostle, who freely confessed
to being a constant failure and ongoing sinner:

"For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but
what I hate, that do I. If then I do that which I would not, I consent
unto the law that it is good. Now then it is no more I that do it, but
sin that dwelleth in me. For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,)
dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to
perform that which is good I find not. For the good that I would I do
not: but the evil which I would not, that I do."

Paul even said that sin dwells inside of himself. Can't be much more of
an ongoing sinner than having sin dwell inside of you.

Robert says, "I have not confessed to being an ongoing sinner."

"If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is
not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us
our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we
have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us."

Since God's word is not in Robert who has not confessed (repented) to
sin needs to scattershot bible verses at all the ongoing sinners who
aren't as holy as himself.

Robert says, "I have not confessed to being an ongoing sinner."

What is the difference between a "sinner", or "ongoing sinner?" The
scripture only marks the difference between a "repenter" and a
"unrepenter" because all men are "ongoing sinners." Robert is a
"unrepenter" who doesn't need a savior because he seeks out and does
God's will from the bible, since he can't find God within himself.

Even the obstinate Pharisees tacitly confessed to being ongoing sinners:

"He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her."
And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground. And they which heard
it, being _convicted by their own conscience_, went out one by one,
beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone,
and the woman standing in the midst. When Jesus had lifted up himself,
and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, "Woman, where are those
thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?" She said, No man, Lord. And
Jesus said unto her, "Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more."

Note here that Jesus is teaching us something. That since we're all
guilty of sin, there is nobody left to accuse anyone of anything, so
that not even God will condemn anyone:

"For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that
the world through him might be saved. ¶He that believeth on him is not
condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he
hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God."

"Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be
condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:"

Jesus refused to condemn a woman caught in the act of adultery. Because
all the witnesses are adulterers, too, there's no one left to accuse or
testify against her. This is why Jesus came into the world, to undo the
condemnation of the law and return all mankind to the Father.

There is no man who has ever lived, who is free from sin, except he that
became sin for us, and hence there is no credible witness who can
testify before God's throne against anyone, for any sin, at any time in
history. No credible fact witnesses equals no trial, and no conviction.
God planned it this way:

"Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one. Is the law
then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a
law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have
been by the law. But the scripture hath _concluded all under sin_, that
the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that
believe. But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto
the faith which should afterwards be revealed. Wherefore the law was our
schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith."

No one at the judgment seat of Christ can boast, "Well, I wasn't a
filthy adulterer or a filthy homosexual." All have been concluded under
sin, so that God may show mercy to all.

No one will be condemned except by their own words when they deny the
mercy of God by denying that Jesus died for ALL sinners:

"For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the
obedience of one shall many be made righteous. Moreover the law entered,
that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much
more abound:"

If everyone is condemned by one man's disobedience, then the grace that
abounds much more saves all by the obedience of one man. All sinners are
covered by the blood of Jesus, not just the better-than-homosexual sinners.

Robert says, "I have not confessed to being an ongoing sinner."

James the brother of Jesus says:

"Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye
may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth
much."
