Any student of ancient Greek and Hebrew and Oriental idiom knows there are many problems with Strong's Concordance. Many definitions in Strong's concordance are merely listing how the word was translated (erroneously), not the actual, ancient meaning. Picking a word out of Strongs and claiming one of the listed translations as a accurate definition is a common past time of errant bible bangers. That's neither exegesis nor textual criticism.
