I sent you a email and outlook.com rejected it as spam. They are using a 
blacklist from a Swiss company that tries to extort money from email 
admins to get removed from their blacklist. I won't be paying them any 
money or time.

Here are the clowns who blacklisted my IP, which I have never used for 
any unsolicited email to anyone ever: http://www.uceprotect.net/.

You might complain to Microsoft abuse department about their highly 
unprofessional blacklisting practices.
