If you try to claim that Peter is not a "heavenly creature" you have a tough row to hoe. If he is a new creature in Christ, then for sure he is a heavenly creature. And if he has the keys of heaven, he for sure is a heavenly creature. If he is one of the twelve Apostles of the Lamb that sits around God's throne, then for certain he is a heavenly creature. That which is sown in the earth and dies is raised a quickening spirit and is heavenly. God sent Jesus, who took away the sin of the world. Sin is gone. It has been taken out of the way. Now all is left is the burning hellfire of wrath which men bring upon themselves by refusing God's grace.
