"O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane
and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called: Which
some professing have erred concerning the faith. Grace be with thee. Amen."

The Bible account of the creation IS NOT LITERAL, was never meant to be
taken literally, and by applying a literal interpretation to it you are
making the word of God of no effect.

"For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in
earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or
principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:"

Why mention thrones, dominions, principalities, or powers, unless that
is what he created? The trees and animals in the garden of Eden are
these, "thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers." Genesis is
not a history of the natural sciences! The Bible is not attempting to
explain the origin of physical matter. It is explaining the origin of
man's consciousness as a social being instead of a primitive savage, a
gift from God the Father.

Genesis is not about the creation of visible things, and those who
interpret it that way are committing idolatry:

"For the INVISIBLE things of him from the creation of the world are
clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his
eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:"

"Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God,
neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their
foolish heart was darkened."

"Professing themselves to be wise, they BECAME FOOLS,"

"And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like
to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping
things."

"Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of
their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:"

"Who CHANGED THE TRUTH OF GOD INTO A LIE, and worshipped and served the
creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen."

The Church interpretation of the Genesis creation is this 'change of the
truth of God into a lie.' And now they serve the creature (Church) more
than the Creator (God).
