Here we see Strong's, as usual, making a wide berth for the trinitarian
interpretation of these words, such interpretation completely
non-existent when Deuteronomy was first penned, and non-existent when
quoted by the New Testament writer. The "compound unity" interpretation
is pure bunk invented by trinitarians much later.

Mark 12:29 denudes this trinitarian nonsense interpretation of ECHAD.
Strongs has many wrong interpretations of the ancient Hebrew, because
Strong merely compiles how translators have translated it, and does not
attempt to scholastically nail down the definitive, actual meaning of
the ancient words. Just pulling out a Strongs number reference does not
constitute accurate translation. That is eisegesis, not textual
criticism.

We do know that in Mark 12:29 the Greek word is HEIS, and means a
singular and unique one, not a plurality or composite. It sure as hell
doesn't mean one of a group. The sense of the Greek HEIS as used there
indicates singularity.

As used in the Hebrew Shema, ECHAD is synonymous with and derived from
YACHID, which means, "alone", absolutely unique, or "one and only."
Jesus verifies this for us:

"And this is life eternal, that they might know thee THE ONLY true God,
and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent." (John 17:3) In this verse Jesus
makes it crystal clear that he himself is NOT God, and that only the
Father Jehovah is God. Your conflation of the godhead with the
imaginary trinity is a lie and an idol. The Godhead is the order of
authority, and is not a description of some mystical substantial nature
of God. Jesus said, "All power is given to me ..." and the "godhead" is
simply this order of authority and nothing more. The body is the body
of Christ, or the saints, and the head of the body is the Father and
the Son. Even using the word, "Godhead" is an admission that there is a
body, and we believers are members of that body, joined to the head.

Jesus and the man were discussing the Hebrew version and not the
Septuagint version of Deuteronomy 6:4 and we know this by the Greek
wording in the New Testament. The most accurate translation of
Deuteronomy 6:4 from Hebrew to English is:

"Hear, O Israel! The LORD is our God, the LORD alone."

There is nothing of your trinity idol to be found in there.

The 1599 Geneva Bible translation reads:

"Hear O Israel, the Lord our God is Lord only."

"Alone" or "only" is the PRIMARY sense of the Hebrew ECHAD. The
secondary meaning of ECHAD is "unique." If you get tripped up by relying
solely on Strong's Concordance you will get the wrong impression and
misunderstand the scripture.

Deuteronomy 6:4 was not given as a prooftext about the "nature" of God
or his substance. The verse was given as an explanation of Israel's
relationship to the Father being the only God to them, a re-iteration
and distillation of the first commandment of the decalogue, "I am the
Lord thy God ... thou shalt have no other gods ..." . Using it as a
trinitarian prooftext is just wrong on many levels.

Like Jesus, Paul says only the Father is God:

"But to us there is but one God, the Father ..." (1 Corinthians 8:6)

Jesus Christ is nowhere called God in the Bible. He is the Supreme
Lord, carrying the authority of God as the Heir, but Jesus is never
identified as God.

The little goats of Christendumb need to stop playing the game of
Churches because they're full of confusion. The Spirit of Jezebel and
Babylon has moved from Babel to Israel to Rome, and now infected all of
Christendumb with the ancient trinitarian god of the pagans, Hermes
Trismigistus, AKA Horus, AKA Nimrod, who is that old rebel serpent that
Jesus warns us about.

There is only one God, Jehovah Elohim. He is God alone. There is no
other God formed before Him, and no other will be formed after Him:

"(Exodus 34:14) For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD,
whose name is jealous, is a jealous God ..."

Jehovah CREATED Jesus Christ, and then begot Christ in the spirit to be
the Lamb to take away the sin of the whole world. First by casting off
Israel in blindness to provoke her to jealousy, then by grafting in the
other nations (Gentiles) so that all nations are the Israel of God by
faith. So the last shall be first, and the first (Israel) shall be last.

God used Israel to save all nations. As all nations are saved by him,
at the very end the blindness will be removed from Israel and they will
see what God has done, and everyone will be happy in the end. Israel
will finally understand that God's love is boundless, and not at all
insular. Even as men love their own children, God loves all nations,
even the baddies and the street punks and the whiny tots with the
terrible twos. God is no respecter of persons, and used Israel to
conclude all mankind under the Law, and convict all nations of sin, so
all nations could be saved, not just Israel. Since Israel screwed up
royally, God won't play favorites. "Not of works, lest any should
boast."

Christendom has been complicit in this crime of Israel, by Judaizing
all of humanity, thus bringing all nations under the yoke of the Law
and its condemnation. Since they all acceded to the Law, now they all
get to claim Jesus as their Savior from its penalty.

So first the Israel of God was a stiff-necked nation that rarely obeyed
him and went whoring after false gods. Then Israel was a tiny flock of
believers who followed Jesus. Then the gospel was taken to all nations,
and all nations heard the gospel, and many believed, but very soon
after all the nations went whoring after idols and even after the Law
of Moses, coming under condemnation of the Law. So now God can save
them all without his word returning to him void. Israel's idolatry was
used by God to undo the idolatry of all nations. All nations are thus
grafted in to become the Israel of God. As all mankind was of Adam, so
then all mankind shall become Israel by the faith of Abraham, through
the blood of Jesus Christ.

As I have said many times, "Salvation is of the Lord", explaining to
you that salvation is what THE LORD IS DOING, not something that you
are doing in your religions, or by your holy choice, or by your own
faith, or your own belief. The Lord is doing it all. The Lord is saving.
The Lord has saved. The Lord is Salvation. Even Jesus' name means, "The
Lord is Salvation" or "The Lord our Salvation." God is doing the
saving. Your religious institutions have nothing to do with the Great
Commission or the saving of souls. You're all playing a cargo cult game
pretending to carry out a work that was finished at the cross and after
Pentecost. God and Jesus and the chosen Apostles already worked all of
it out 1950 years ago!
