The last Adam is a quickening spirit. You err, not understanding the scripture. Firstly the concept of 'the universe' is nowhere found in the scriptures. It is a pagan concept. The Christian version of "the fall of man" is from Mithraic and Zoroastrian dualism, not the Law and the Prophets. God never intended to create a 'paradise earth' that got mucked up by the all-powerful devil. The doctrine of the paradise earth being restored is from the cult of Mithraism, the chief foundation of the Catholic belief system. In the true faith of Christ, man will be restored to paradise, in the heavenly realm with the Father. Paradise is where Jesus and the thief went after the crucifixion. "I tell you truly, this day thou shalt be with me in Paradise." Paradise is beyond the earth. This is where Adam and Eve were in the beginning. The earth is a lower part of the realm of Paradise, like a pit in the middle of it, or like the sewers under the streets. Mankind fell into the pit (became mortal) and is imprisoned in it, in the cycle of fleshly reproduction. The earth and bodies we inhabit are the product of sin. The first mankind rebelled against God, by choosing to believe their own thoughts and imagination over God's instruction. This caused them to fall into the pit (hell) which is this world. Bible-bangers hammer on the bible yet know not what it is saying to them. The world is the product of man's clouded belief. The gestalt of all men sharing in delusions and illusions is what creates this hellish world and imprisons their spirits in it. When Jesus sets one free from death and hell, his spirit returns to the heavenly paradise, into a heavenly body. To be absent from the body (physical) is to be present with the Lord. The original Christians, up until the time of Polycarp, believed and taught apokostatasis. This doctrine holds that all sentient creatures originated with the Father in Heaven, and fell into this world, and took on bodies of sinful flesh. As Paul says, the flesh indeed cannot be subject to the Law of God ... who will deliver me from this body of death? You are in your body of death. Your flesh body is your grave. This world is the hell of the scripture, in which the dead know nothing at all. All the religious victims gabble and wane and babble and banter nothing but blather, knowing nothing, seeing nothing. You all have the word of God written in black and white and still no matter how much you read it you know nothing of it, because it is not written on your hearts. Do you have a heart of parchment? A heart of stone? You are already dead. You have already died and gone to hell. You are in hell, now, here, today, in this world. Because Jesus paid for sin, if you believe on Him, then when your body dies, you are no longer imprisoned in the cycle of death. Paul said to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord ... who will deliver me from this body of death? To be in this body is to be dead. To be free from this body is to be alive. Jesus grants us eternal life, or 'life unto the age of ages,' meaning we no longer are trapped in our delusions and set free from the power of sin, which reigns in the flesh. The "original sin" happened in the spiritual realm when the sons of God turned their minds away from God. The early Christians described it as the spirits getting 'restless' and cooling off in their adoration toward the Father. They stopped loving him, and started loving their own imaginations. Thus they sunk into a physical form in this world. Not wanting that any should perish, the Father imprisoned his sons in this world, so that their spirits, although in a sort of sleep, would not totally die, to give them time to return their minds and hearts to Him. "If I am lifted up I will draw all men to me." All the Christian nonsense about Creationism is just nonsense. The devil didn't stop God's plans for an instant.
